Kaffir lime Croquants

Discover our croquants with kaffir lime zests.

Also known as ‘casses-dents’, almonds croquants are traditional Provençal biscuits made with whole almonds. They are also found in the Mediterranean basin in Spain and Italy.

They are generally eaten with coffee and tea, or dipped in a sweet wine or a glass of chilled limoncello.

At the moment we zest them with kaffir lime, for its fresh notes reminiscent of lemongrass and ginger.

All our biscuits are handmade in our workshop in the heart of the plantation. 

Ingredients: flour, sugar, eggs, sunflower oil, almonds, baking powder, kaffir lime zests.
