Lemon Story Fizz

This cocktail requires very few ingredients and can be adapted to suit the season with our different liqueurs. This summer, we're proposing you the Buddha's Hand version, for its floral and sweet notes.
A very fragrant cocktail, not very sweet, which leaves room for acidity while being very refreshing.
Ingredients for one serving:
-
5cl Hand of Buddha liqueur
- The juice of half a lemon (2cl) or the citrus of your choice
-
3cl sparkling water or tap
- A pinch of our bergamot salt
Zest some of the lemon peel and save it for the serving.
Place a large ice cube in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Pour in the liqueur, the juice of the freshly squeezed citrus fruit and finish with the sparkling water.
Just before serving, add the lemon zest to the glass and sprinkle the ice cube with a pinch of bergamot salt. Without adding salting it completely, it enhances the cocktail and gives it a fresh, surprising twist at every sip.
You can also make this recipe with yuzu or Tahitian lime liqueur, replacing the lemon with another citrus fruit, such as lime.
