In the South of France, in the countryside of French Riviera, we cultivate more than 5000 square meters of rares citrus fruits varieties.
Lemon Story
Specialized in citrus fruits for more than 10 years, our plantation is first and foremost a human-scale family cultivation with a farmer expertise of several generations.
Our citruses are cultivated in sustainable agriculture following the seasons. More than 400 trees produce 3 tons of citruses each year : yuzu, kaffir lime, finger limes, meyer lemon, bergamot, citron..
Until now our citruses were only proposed to chefs and restaurateurs.
From the tree to the caldron
Following this cultural heritage and passioned about the art of food, I decided to create Lemon Story aiming to highlight our family cultivation and propose unique products made with our exceptional citruses.
With that, appeared the necessity to build a laboratory in the middle of our field to be able to create and work directly with the fruits freshly harvested.
Cultivation fine products
I developed recipes in order to highlight our citruses through preserves and marmalades. They offer a true discovery of our different varieties of rares citruses.
