Lemon Story Lime Fizz
Discover our signature aperitif, the Lemon Story Lime Fizz, the perfect summer drink.
Delicate and refreshing, it is wonderfully fragrant and low in alcohol.
Enjoy it as an aperitif or as a digestif after a meal to finish on a refreshing note.
Ingredients for one cocktail:
- 2 cl lime juice
- 4 4 cl Lemon Story Lime liqueur from Tahiti

6 cl sparkling or still water
- A pinch of bergamot or combawa salt (optional)
Grate a little lime zest and set aside for serving.
Place a large ice cube at the bottom of a cocktail glass. Pour in the liqueur and the freshly squeezed lime juice, then top up with chilled sparkling water.
Just before serving, add the lime zest to the glass and sprinkle the ice cube with a pinch of citrus zest salt. Without making the whole drink salty, it enhances the aperitif and adds a touch of freshness and surprise at every sip.
