Yuzu
Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to Asia, mainly grown in Japan and Korea.
Resulting of the crossing of a lemon and a tangerine, yuzu looks like a small grapefruit. Highly appreciated in the kitchen, its zest and juice are used as condiments.
To bring out the full aroma of yuzu, it has been combined with linden honey, harvested in Aveyron, with its sweet mint notes. A combination rich in freshness.

Together, we imagined a preparation with the yuzus of our cultivation. A small-scale production that will delight yuzu fans.
