Kalamansi limoncello babas, in collaboration with Harry Cummins

From June 14 to July 3, join us at La Grande Epicerie de Paris for the "Tous Fadas" operation celebrating the city of Marseille.

Harry Cummins, chef at Marseille's La Mercerie and Livingston restaurants, as well as the Pétrin Couchette bakery, has been working with Lemon Story citrus fruits since the very beginning of the adventure.

That is why the idea of creating a product together naturally emerged. Baba was the fruit of a close collaboration in which skills and passions came together to give birth to an exceptional creation.

Inspired by Neapolitan traditions and revisited in the chef's Marseilles kitchen, our baba is an invitation to travel.

Soaked with a fresh citrus syrup and spices, it is sublimated by the Kalamansi Limoncello with which it is generously drizzled.

To enjoy chilled, drizzled with Kalamansi Limoncello and served with a spoon of Kalamansi marmalade.
