Tahiti Lime

The Tahiti lime is native from Brazil and is thought to be the result of a hybridisation between a lemon and a Mexican lime.

It is characterised by its very thin, aromatic skin, almost seedless flesh and abundant juice. Its flavour is more intense and aromatic than a lemon.
