An emblematic Italian cake made with almond powder, egg white and sugar. Traditionally eaten after a meal to accompany coffee or an after-dinner drink.

A little reminiscent of the macaroon that we revisit with the seasons and citrus fruits. At the moment, our amaretti are flavored with lemon zest, for a perfect balance between freshness and almond roundness.

Our amaretti are prepared in the heart of the plantation, in our own workshop, with almond powder from Provence.
