This marmelade has been elaborated with citruses of my cultivation, it associates bergamot, Tahitian lime, yuzu and Meyer lemon.
Like an English marmelade, this combination is full of textures and flavours : the bergamot brings its floral tones and its sweet bitterness, the Tahitian lime its acidity and fruitiness while the yuzu and the Meyer Lemon bring a good balance with the other two.
The origin of the bergamot is vague : some think it is at the crossing of a bitter orange and a green lime, others consider it is a lemon hybrid. Either way we're delighted by its aromatic diversity and the power of its scent, mostly contained in its zest.
Notes : floral, fresh, with just a touch of bitterness.
Discover our marmelade on a scone, with a slice of fresh bread, a yogurt or a cheese platter. You can also use it as a condiment with savory plates.
Product prepared with a minimum of 65g of fruit per 100g.
Ingredients : yuzu, meyer lemon, Tahiti lime, bergamot, sugar, pectin.
After opening, keep refrigerated and consume rapidly.
