Our workshop
All our preserves are made in Provence, in our workshop in the heart of our rare citruses cultivation. We work with fresh and seasonal fruits, using traditional methods.
Each fruit is peeled, zested, seeded and cut by hand, then cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities.
