This marmelade has been elaborated with the citruses of my cultivation.

Kalamansi is a small exotic asian fruit that starts green and becomes orange with maturity. It has a juicy and very sour flesh like a green lime, that taste a bit like passion fruit. Its zest is softer with a taste that can remind you of pink pomelo and kumquat.

Once candied, kalamansi softens and offers more round and oranges notes of clementine and tangerine. This marmelade will surprise you by its sweetness and unique freshness.

It can accompagny your cheese platter, a sheep or goat cheese, but also white meats as a condiment. For breakfast, our preserve is simply delicious on a slice of fresh bread, brioche, pancakes or a yogurt.

Product prepared with a minimum of 65g of fruit per 100g.
Ingredients : kalamansi, sugar, pectin

After opening, keep refrigerated and consume rapidly.

Our workshop

All our preserves are made in Provence, in our workshop in the heart of our rare citruses cultivation. We work with fresh and seasonal fruits, using traditional methods.

Each fruit is peeled, zested, seeded and cut by hand, then cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities.
