After initial fresh, lemony notes, ginger reveals warm, spicy nuances. A plant with subtle, multiple flavors that embodies the perfect alliance of freshness and comfort.
Combined with the delicacy of yuzu, our marmalade offers sweet notes of mandarin and grapefruit, enhanced by the spicy vivacity of ginger.
Enjoy it on a slice of fresh brioche or farmhouse bread, and of course with delicious, still-warm crêpes. It also goes very well with fresh cheeses and faisselles.
At this time of year, you can use our marmalade as an infusion in the same way as yuja-cha, by melting a spoonful in a cup of hot water. The marmalade gradually dilutes in the water, leaving behind the candied fruit peel, which you can enjoy after drinking the last drop of infusion.
Prepared with a minimum of 60g of fruit per 100g.
Ingredients: Yuzu, cane sugar, ginger.
Store in a cool place after opening and consume as soon as possible.
