An emblematic Italian cake made with almond powder, egg whites and sugar. Traditionally eaten after a meal to accompany coffee or an after-dinner drink.

A little reminiscent of the macaroon that we revisit with the seasons and citrus fruits. At the moment, our amaretti are flavored with Tahiti lime zest, a variety that has fruity and tart notes. A perfect balance between the almond roundness and the freshness of the citrus.

Our amaretti are prepared in the heart of the plantation, in our own workshop, with almond powder from Provence.
