Lemon Story Tahiti Lime Liqueur is an artisanal liqueur made in the style of a French Limoncello, using freshly picked citrus fruits from our estate. The Tahiti Lime offers an intense and refreshing aromatic profile, characterized by vibrant lime notes, a beautiful zesty freshness, and a delicate floral touch.

 

What is Tahiti Lime?

 

Tahiti Lime, also known as Persian lime, is one of the most cultivated citrus fruits in the world. Originating from Asia and widely grown in tropical regions, it is prized for its abundant juice, balanced acidity, and fresh, fragrant aromas. Unlike some lime varieties, it is generally seedless and distinguished by its great aromatic finesse.

The Tahiti Lime reveals an intense nose of fresh citrus, dominated by notes of lime zest, white flowers, and exotic fruits. On the palate, the liqueur shows beautiful vivacity, supported by fresh and tangy lime flavors, enhanced by a slight sweetness that brings balance and length.

Artisanal Lemon Story Production


At Lemon Story, our liqueurs are made from freshly harvested peels, immediately steeped to extract the essential oils they contain. These essential oils constitute the most noble and aromatically rich part of the citrus fruit. They give the liqueur all its intensity, freshness, and complexity.

Tahiti Lime, like yuzu, is one of the emblematic citrus fruits of our plantation and is also found in several of our artisanal creations.

Our workshop

All our liquors are made in Provence, in our workshop in the heart of our rare citruses cultivation. We work with fresh and seasonal fruits, using traditional methods.

Each fruit is peeled, zested, seeded and cut by hand in small quantities.
