Lemon biscuits

Discover our biscuits with Zagara Bianca lemon, a variety with intense and floral notes. 

All our biscuits are handmade in our workshop using fresh, natural products and no preservatives. The idea is to combine the freshness of the lemon with the roundness of the biscuit.

Enjoy as a dessert with chocolate ganache & yuzu jam, or with a fresh digestif. And for the ultimate dessert, accompany them with a delicious Sgroppino, a gourmet and refreshing dessert cocktail. The recipe can be found on our blog.

Ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, citrus zests, powdered sugar.

Our amaretti and biscuits are fresh products containing no preservatives; they should be eaten within a few weeks of receipt.
